Terms of use
Last updated November 2, 2026
The ground rules for using this website. Pilots, purchases and collaborations are covered by their own written agreements.
01Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of cerebel.co and related pages (the “Site”), operated by Cerebel Robotics, Inc. (“Cerebel”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
02About the content
The Site describes our research, technology and products for general information. Cerebel is a research-stage company. Unless a page says a capability is built or demonstrated, it describes work in development, and plans, timelines and specifications may change.
Videos and visualizations marked “simulated”, “illustrative” or “schematic” use simulated or synthetic data. They show how a system is designed to work, not measured product performance.
Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell products or services, or an offer of securities. Any pilot, purchase or collaboration is governed by a separate written agreement.
03Using the Site
You may view and share the Site for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of the Site, or use its content to train machine-learning models, without our written permission;
- interfere with the Site’s security or operation, or try to access areas you are not authorized to use;
- submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms;
- use the Site to send spam or malicious code.
04Intellectual property
The Cerebel name and logo, the AdiBot, VLSA, MODO, OCAR and Auto-Executor names, and the Site’s text, images, videos, designs and code belong to Cerebel or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms give you no rights in them except the limited right to view the Site.
Third-party names, trademarks and research cited on the Site belong to their owners. Citing them does not imply endorsement or partnership.
05What you send us
When you send us information through a form or by email, you confirm that you are allowed to share it. Please do not send confidential or proprietary information unless we have a confidentiality agreement in place. If you send ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
06Third-party links and services
The Site links to and uses services we do not control, such as Cal.com for scheduling and LinkedIn and X for updates. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.
07Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
08Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cerebel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
09Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Cerebel harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
11Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
